The items on our website are sold based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, quality is guaranteed. In addition, we have a quality assurance team that tests the products you order to make sure they are in good condition before they are packaged and sent to you.
- Before placing an order, please make sure you check carefully any details about the item you want to order, including all details such as color, style, etc.
- By placing an order, you have confirmed the details of the item you are ordering, including the custom content, color, style, etc. of the item. And the shipping information of the order has also been confirmed, including the consignee, phone number, shipping address, etc.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return/Exchange Policy
The following reasons are covered by the 30-day full refund/exchange policy.
- You received the wrong item.
- You received a damaged item.
- The personalization information is different from what you provided to us.
- You received a defective product quality.
Please notify us immediately by email and you will receive a refund or exchange for your purchase within 30 days. (We will only exchange for the same product or a product of equal or lesser value.)
30-day return/exchange policy for the following reasons (customer is responsible for return postage as well as replacement postage)
- New, unworn item.
- Wrong size chosen, or not fit.
- Changed mind for personal reasons, personal taste, ordered many personalized items for comparison or sizing purposes, or you did not see a detailed description, etc.
Please note: Personalized items are unique and these returns/exchanges will incur a 30% charge on the order.
The following reasons are not covered by our 30-day return policy and we are not responsible for these issues
- Products that have been resized, renewed and/or repaired.
- Products damaged by misuse, mishandling or improper maintenance.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label( Eligible for full refund ), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation/Change Order Policy
Once your order has been submitted, we will begin production of your ordered items immediately.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, it is free of charge within 24 hours. Please note that there is a 30% order fee for all cancellations or changes (after 24 hours) to your ordered items.
Please note that you cannot cancel or change your order once we have sent your order.
From the date your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be returned to your bank card as is. It may take up to 7 business days.
We reserves the right to make any changes to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items、 gift cards or Digital Product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
